Smart Client Professional
Databeacon Smart Client Professional extends the capabilities
in Databeacon Smart Client Standard to include an Application
Programmer Interface (API) and documentation that will
allow application developers to dynamically control
the application interface and the design and build processes
for CORE self-serve explorable reports.
With
Databeacon Smart Client Professional, organizations
can customize and/or integrate Web Reporting and Data
Analysis into existing and planned application solutions.
Databeacon Smart Client Professional contains all the
features and functions of Databeacon Smart Client Standard,
plus the following components:

Reporter API and documentation that allows report
developers to customize the delivery of explorable
reports with the Web Reporter viewer. Databeacon Web
Reporter API can provide a list of reports for a particular
cube and/or for a particular user, load a particular
report, and further save a new report
- Scripting
documentation to create custom profiles for self-serve
explorable reports, enabling developers to create
profiles dynamically and automatically
- Profile
Import/Export utilities that convert dynamically
built profiles into executable form
- Command
line cube building documentation to allow developers
to control their scheduled and/or adhoc builds through
program control
