Modules
Procurement
Compass can handle all of your company’s procurement
processes.
Users can generate purchase orders and/or letters of purchase to be
issued to suppliers. At the same time, supplier profiles can be easily
managed. Items purchased will be automatically added to Inventory.
Inventory
Management
Compass can keep track of your inventory accurately and easily. It can
automatically notify the user if a certain item has fallen below the
minimum threshold level or is out of stock. It also allows you to
transfer inventory from your warehouse to your different branches.
Various inventory reports lets you track inventory movement and
inventory levels. Inventory levels are automatically updated whenever
sales or purchasing transactions occur.
Sales
The Sales Module will track all of your company’s sales
transactions. It is capable of generating various detailed, summary and
graphical sales reports that will let you analyze your
company’s
sales performance for a given period. This will be interfaced with the
Accounts Receivable module for accurately tracking the collectibles of
your company.
Accounts
Receivable
Based on the entered Sales transactions, this module will track the
company’s collectibles and client payments. It will enable
your
company to manage and implement all of your billing operations. It can
also process all payment types and is capable of generating invoices,
delivery receipts, and other reports and statements.
Accounts
Payable
The Accounts Payable Voucher and Check Voucher modules will provide
your company with a means of managing company disbursements. This will
let you create, approve and post vouchers, and will be interfaced with
the General Ledger and Procurement Modules.
General
Ledger
This module will hold all posted accounting transactions for the
generation of the company’s financial statements. It will
also
store journal entries that will allow the user to post the necessary
adjustments to the General ledger.
